I called Trustworthy Appliance repair on Monday. My LG washer was experiencing a repeated OE error - it wasn’t draining. Spoke with a very nice lady who scheduled me for Tuesday (today) morning between 8 am and 1 pm. I asked if my technician could text ahead, because unknown calls are directed straight to voicemail.
Tuesday morning rolls around and prior to arriving shortly after 8:30 am, Ed ( my technician) had not only texted that he was on his way, he called and left a voicemail message, too.
He was courteous and friendly upon arrival, and explained to me how the visit would proceed, which was good because then I knew what to expect. Ed not only diagnosed the problem, but repaired my washer. (Kudos to the young man who assisted Ed upon calling).
In. Less. Than. An. Hour.
For a reasonable fee, imo.
He also tested in demo mode (did not know that existed) to show me the full and drain functions were working.
I could not have been more pleased with the service today.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
